Cookie Policy

Cookies keep TeleVerse secure, fast, and personalized. Here is the complete list and what each one does.

This Cookie Policy explains how TeleVerse uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") when you visit televerse.click. It complements our Privacy Policy.

01

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences over time. TeleVerse uses first-party cookies set by us directly; we do not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

02

Types of Cookies We Use

We group cookies into four categories:

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function — for example, keeping you signed in and securing forms against CSRF attacks. These cannot be disabled.
  • Preference. Remember your theme (light/dark), language, and other interface choices. Disabled by default and only stored after you make a selection.
  • Analytics. Aggregate, anonymized statistics that help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors encounter issues. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track individuals across the web.
  • Functional. Power optional features such as the "recently viewed" carousel and bookmark sync.
04

Local Storage & Similar Tech

In addition to cookies, we use browser local storage to cache preference data (such as your theme selection and search filters) and to reduce server load. Local storage entries are not sent with every HTTP request, which keeps your browsing fast. Clearing your browser data removes these entries.

05

Managing Cookies

You have several ways to control cookies:

  • Consent banner. When you first visit TeleVerse, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice anytime by clicking the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
  • Browser settings. All major browsers let you view, block, or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in.
  • Opt out of analytics. Use our privacy preference center or install a Do-Not-Track-compliant extension.
06

Third-Party Cookies

Some pages may embed content from third parties (for example, a YouTube preview or a Telegram invite widget). These third parties may set their own cookies. We do not control those cookies — review the third party's privacy policy for details.

07

Changes to This Policy

If we add, remove, or change the purpose of a cookie, we will update this policy and the inventory table above. For significant changes, we will display the consent banner again so you can re-confirm your preferences.
