Help us keep TeleVerse safe. Reports from our community are the fastest way for us to learn about harmful content.

If you encounter a listing, review, comment, or user that violates our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service, please report it. Every report is reviewed by a human moderator.

01

How to Report

The fastest way to report content is directly from the listing page:

  • Open the listing you want to report.
  • Click the "Report" button (flag icon) near the listing title or in the action bar.
  • Choose a reason: Spam or scam, Hate / harassment, Illegal content, Child safety, Malware / phishing, Inaccurate info, Broken link, or Other.
  • Add any supporting context (screenshots, message IDs, time stamps) in the description field.
  • Submit. You will receive a confirmation email with a ticket ID.

Prefer email? Send details to support@televerse.click. Include the listing URL and the reason for your report.

02

What to Include

The more detail you provide, the faster we can act:

  • Direct URL of the listing, review, or user profile.
  • Specific reason the content violates our policies.
  • Evidence — screenshots, links to offending messages, or timestamps.
  • Your contact information in case we need to follow up.

False reports

Filing knowingly false reports is itself a violation. We may restrict the reporting ability of users who repeatedly submit bad-faith reports.
03

Emergencies & Imminent Harm

If a listing involves a real-world emergency, threat to life, or ongoing harm to a person — especially a minor — contact local emergency services first. TeleVerse is not a substitute for law enforcement. After alerting authorities, also notify us at support@televerse.click so we can take immediate action on the listing.

04

What Happens Next

When we receive your report, our trust & safety team will:

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (automated confirmation with a ticket ID).
  • Review the reported content against our guidelines — typically within 72 hours.
  • Take action if a violation is confirmed: hide the listing, remove the review, suspend the account, or escalate to law enforcement.
  • Notify the submitter of the action and offer an appeals pathway where appropriate.

For privacy reasons, we do not always share the outcome of a report with the reporter. You will see the content removed if your report was upheld.

05

Appealing a Decision

If your content was removed and you disagree with the decision, you may appeal by replying to the action notification email or contacting support@televerse.click within 14 days. A different moderator will review the appeal, and you will receive a final decision within 7 business days.

06

Whistleblower & Reporter Protection

We do not reveal reporter identities to listed community operators. Retaliation against a reporter — including doxxing, threats, or coordinated harassment — is a serious violation that may result in permanent removal of the offending community from TeleVerse.
