DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual-property rights. This page explains how to report copyright infringement on TeleVerse — and how to respond if your content is mistakenly removed.

TeleVerse responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and similar laws in other jurisdictions. This policy describes the information we need to process a takedown request.

01

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that material on TeleVerse infringes a copyright you own or control, please send a written notice to contact@televerse.click. Your notice must include the following (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL on televerse.click.
  • Your contact information — name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Incomplete notices

Notices missing required elements may be rejected. We will make a reasonable effort to contact you to clarify missing information.
02

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

When we receive a valid notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Make a good-faith attempt to notify the user who submitted the listing.
  • Record the takedown in our abuse database.
  • Forward the full notice (including your contact information) to the affected user so they can file a counter-notice if they disagree.

We process valid notices within 1–3 business days. Repeated infringers will have their accounts terminated in appropriate circumstances.

03

Filing a Counter-Notice

If your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice by emailing contact@televerse.click. A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and its former location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the US, any judicial district in which TeleVerse may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10–14 business days, we will restore the removed material.

04

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, TeleVerse terminates the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. We maintain records of takedown notices and counter-notices to identify patterns of infringement. A user who receives three valid takedowns within a 12-month period will have their account permanently closed.

05

Bad-Faith Notices

Section 512(f) of the DMCA provides penalties for knowingly making false claims of infringement. TeleVerse may, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly file bad-faith notices, and may refer such conduct to legal authorities.

Filing a takedown notice is a serious legal claim. Please confirm that you own the rights in question or are authorized to act before submitting a notice.
06

Designated Copyright Agent

You may send notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

  • TeleVerse DMCA Agent
  • Email: contact@televerse.click
  • Mail: TeleVerse Legal, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA

For faster processing, please use email and include "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notice" in the subject line.

07

Non-US Users

TeleVerse honors copyright takedown requests from jurisdictions outside the United States. If your local law offers similar notice-and-takedown procedures, please follow the same format described above. We will apply the same good-faith review to non-US notices.
