Terms of Service

"TeleVerse", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Service. "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service. "Listing" refers to a submitted Telegram group or channel published on TeleVerse. "Content" means any text, image, link, or other material submitted by users.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use TeleVerse. By registering an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using TeleVerse on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

To submit listings, leave reviews, or save favorites, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
• Keep your password confidential and immediately notify us of unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Not share, transfer, or sell your account to anyone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

You agree not to use TeleVerse to:

• Submit, link to, or promote illegal, harmful, hateful, or explicit content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a community.
• Submit listings for Telegram groups that violate Telegram's own Terms of Service.
• Spam, scrape, or overload the Service with automated requests.
• Circumvent security, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Manipulate ratings, reviews, or trending metrics through fake accounts or coordinated voting.
• Collect other users' personal data without consent.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious code.

You retain ownership of Content you submit to TeleVerse. By submitting Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and adapt that Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that your Content:

• Does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Is accurate and not misleading.
• Complies with all applicable laws and our Community Guidelines.
• Does not contain malicious code or hidden tracking mechanisms.

We reserve the right to edit, reject, hide, or remove any Content at our discretion, with or without notice.

All submitted listings are reviewed by our moderation team before publication. We strive to review submissions within 48 hours, but volume may cause delays. Listings may be rejected for reasons including: duplicate communities, broken invite links, prohibited content, or failure to meet our quality guidelines.

We are not obligated to publish every submission and may decline listings at our sole discretion. Repeated submission of low-quality or violating content may result in account restrictions.

TeleVerse offers optional paid promotion including Featured, Trending, and Editor's Choice placements. Paid placements do not influence a listing's eligibility for organic discovery — they only increase visibility. All paid promotions must comply with our Advertising Policy and these Terms. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers; we do not store your card details.

The Service — including its design, logo, text, code, and software — is owned by TeleVerse and protected by intellectual-property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without prior written consent. Telegram is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC; TeleVerse is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.

Listings link to Telegram groups and channels operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, conduct, or practices of those communities. Interactions with third-party groups are solely between you and the group's administrators. We encourage you to review Telegram's Terms of Service before joining any community.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that listings remain accurate over time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall TeleVerse, its officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TeleVerse and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your submitted listings may be hidden; licenses granted by you will survive to the extent necessary for us to operate the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including indemnity, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and TeleVerse agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating proceedings. Any claim or dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes that affect your rights, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
